Animal Outreach

While All Kind has partnered with the City of Abilene to manage the animal shelter, Animal Outreach will remain a city department as an extension of the Abilene Police Department.

The City of Abilene and the Abilene Police Department will be providing the following animal field services:

  • Animal Welfare & Cruelty Investigations

  • Dangerous Dogs

  • Strays

  • When an Animal Bites a Human

  • Wildlife
